Hi There, I’m Maggie Turnbull, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, whether that’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or simply the feeling of being stuck. My goal is to support you in finding more meaning, balance, and connection. If you’ve been carrying stress or uncertainty, know that you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with people who are ready to uncover a greater sense of clarity and purpose, with a little guidance along the way.

The truth is, quick fixes or advice like “just think positive” rarely bring lasting change. I believe in an approach that’s rooted in compassion, curiosity, and your unique story. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, feelings, and relationships that have shaped your life so you can move toward real healing and growth.

Our sessions are your space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. With a focus on mindfulness, gestalt therapy, and experiential practices, we’ll listen to what your mind, body, and heart are asking for. It’s about helping you create more clarity, resilience, and meaning in your life.

I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.

Warmly,

Maggie

How I work

Therapy with me isn’t all sitting & talking.

We’ll also work on real, practical skills that you can apply to your day-to-day life.

Whether you’re dealing with the weight of anxiety or depression, navigating the complexities of relationships and family dynamics, feeling stuck in patterns of stress and overwhelm, or searching for a deeper sense of meaning, we’ll create an approach that feels right for you. Here’s a glimpse of what we might explore together:

  • Finding Meaning and Clarity: We’ll explore what feels most important to you and uncover new perspectives that bring purpose and direction.

  • Anxiety and Stress Tools: You’ll learn practical ways to manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions so you feel more grounded.

  • Mindfulness Practices: Together, we’ll use mindfulness and body awareness to bring more calm, presence, and balance into your daily life.

  • Gestalt and Experiential Work: By tuning in to what’s happening in the moment, we’ll uncover insights and patterns that can help you feel more connected to yourself and others.

  • Healing Relationships: We’ll look at how relationship and family dynamics are shaping your life and explore healthier, more fulfilling ways of connecting.

  • Strengthening Self-Compassion: I’ll support you in building greater self-acceptance and resilience, so you can meet life’s challenges with clarity and kindness.

Each step is about helping you move toward a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are. Together, we’ll find the right combination of tools and practices that support your growth.
